- A copy of the bank transfer statement with the participant‘s name and address and the payment details must be submitted to the secretariat at [email protected].
- Registration is only complete upon the receipt of the full payment and a copy of the transfer statement. Then, a confirmation letter will be sent to the participant.
- All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
- Checks will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] until March 31, 2022.
- All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of IFNS 2022 according to the following policy.
- Cancellations by March 31, 2022: The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- Cancellations on and from April 1, 2022: NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received on or after this date.
- If you do not attend the symposium without a written notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
- All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
